In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting HR functions, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring a smooth HR process for employees and management alike. Key Responsibilities
  • Support daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management.
  • Maintain and update employee databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality at all times.
  • Assist in the preparation and processing of payroll and benefits administration.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, meetings, and training sessions.
  • Compile and maintain HR documentation, including policies, procedures, and employee files.
  • Provide administrative support to HR team members as needed.
  • Assist with the implementation of HR initiatives and programs.
  • Help facilitate employee engagement and satisfaction surveys.
Qualifications
