A leading workforce solutions provider in the UAE is seeking an HR Business Partner to provide advisory HR support, manage payroll operations, and enhance employee engagement through effective policies and initiatives. The ideal candidate should have 2+ years' experience, a degree in Human Resources, and expertise in UAE labour laws. This role is critical for aligning HR practices with business needs in a fast-paced environment.
We are currently recruiting for a HR Business Partner to join our Group HR team in our Headquarters, located in DAFZA, Dubai Airport Freezone.
Scope: This role provides advisory HR support with direct financial impact through accurate payroll oversight, workforce planning, and compliance. It enables data‑driven decision-making via management reporting, supports audit readiness, and drives employee engagement through effective HR initiatives, policy development, and stakeholder advisory.
