A leading financial institution in Dubai is seeking a Senior Finance Reporting Lead Analyst to oversee the generation, analysis, and submission of reports compliant with IFRS and US GAAP standards. The role demands a candidate with 6-10 years in Financial Services, strong organizational skills, and experience in project management. The analyst will collaborate with senior leadership and manage regulatory reporting requirements, ensuring compliance with local regulations while influencing strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience in Financial Services preferred.
• Global Project Management experience preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements.
• Proven organizational and time management skills.
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the analysis and submission of reports to local regulators based on local statutory reporting.
• Manage Local Regulatory Reporting requirements for Central Bank of UAE and other authorities.
• Submission of Local Financial Statements in liaison with external auditors.
• Responsible for Capital and Liquidity management reporting including ICAAP and Stress Testing.
• Assist with closing the books and consolidating financials at each accounting period.
• Instill operational discipline into existing team processes.
• Work with senior leadership on strategic planning and policy implementation.
