A global hotel group is seeking an HR Intern to support their Human Resources Department. To learn and experience how we keep things running smoothly, we’re searching for a proactive and passionate intern for our Human Resources Department.
As our HR Intern, you will support the HR team with day to day administrative and people related tasks while gaining hands on exposure to core HR functions. You will assist with onboarding activities, help maintain employee records and personnel files, and support attendance, leave tracking, and basic payroll coordination. You will also assist with internal communications, training coordination, and employee engagement activities, giving you insight into how HR supports both people and performance.
You will have opportunities to get involved in employee events, wellbeing initiatives, and team activities, as well as support simple creative tasks such as preparing posters, notices, or visual content using tools like Canva. This role offers a well rounded view of HR in hospitality, from administration and compliance to culture and connection.
We are looking for a student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field who is eager to learn and take initiative. You should be organized, detail oriented, and comfortable handling confidential information. A positive attitude, good communication skills, and a genuine interest in people and teamwork are essential. Previous internship experience is a plus, but not required.
