About the role

Role: Permanent

Location: Onsite in Dubai

Adecco is hiring a HR Manager (KSA & UAE Experience) for our prestigious client in Dubai.

  • Must have KSA and UAE experience.
  • The role is responsible for leading and executing the human resources strategy across the three countries, in alignment with global and regional priorities.
  • This role encompasses talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, employee engagement, HR compliance, and governance.
What you’ll be doing
Regional HR Strategy, Budget, and Governance
  • Partner with regional leadership to design and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Develop and manage the annual consolidated HR budget, including manpower, recruitment, and operational HR costs.
HR Compensation
  • Maintain and monitor HR systems to ensure accurate and confidential employee data management.
  • Regularly audit payroll data and work with Finance to ensure timely reporting, reconciliation, and statutory compliance.
Talent Acquisition and Management
  • Develop regional talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Ensure seamless onboarding experiences to foster early engagement and productivity.
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for all roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
Performance Management
  • Coordinate the implementation of performance management systems, including job descriptions, evaluations, and promotions.
  • Ensure performance appraisals, feedback mechanisms, and training initiatives align with organization's HR standards.
Employee Relations and Engagement
  • Design and execute engagement initiatives that enhance employee morale and well-being.
  • Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and develop action plans to address key concerns.
About you
  • 12 to 15 years of HR experience in the Retail, Hospitality, or Entertainment sector.
  • Must have Saudi Arabia and UAE experience.
