We’re hiring a detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized Admin Assistant (Emirati) – Entry Level to support day-to-day administrative operations in a remote setup. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career Emirati talent who are eager to build a strong foundation in administration, coordination, and reporting while working with cross-functional teams.
Administrative support: Handle daily admin tasks such as document preparation, formatting, and record maintenance.
Data entry & coordination: Update trackers, databases, and spreadsheets accurately; follow up with stakeholders to collect required information.
Communication & scheduling: Support email coordination, calendar management, and meeting scheduling (including agendas and minutes when needed).
Document management: Organize and maintain digital files, ensuring correct naming, version control, and confidentiality.
Reporting support: Assist in preparing basic reports and summaries for internal stakeholders.
Process adherence: Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and support continuous improvement of admin workflows.
