An airline company is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to act as a change agent in people and culture. The role involves translating business strategies into people strategies, engaging talent, and providing HR consultancy. Candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Management, with at least 6 years of diverse HR experience. The focus is on driving engagement, managing performance, and implementing change initiatives within the organization. This position is located in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Qualifications
- 6 years’ experience in 2 or more HR disciplines and/or HR generalist role.
- Proven experience leading HR initiatives focused on talent and employee experience.
Responsabilités
- Serve as a trusted advisor on people-related topics.
- Provide guidance on people management practices.
- Partner with leaders to define talent strategies.
- Implement engagement strategies for high motivation.
- Drive change management initiatives across HR.
