Role Description
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist with the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate coordination, and interview scheduling.
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Complete all onboarding formalities for new employees, including documentation, induction, and system registration.
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Prepare employment offer letters and ensure all paperwork for new hires is properly completed.
- Employee Departure & Final Settlement: Manage the offboarding process for departing employees, ensuring smooth completion of exit formalities.
- Employee Departure & Final Settlement: Prepare final settlements, including leave encashment, leave salary, and ticket/ticket encashment as per company policy.
- Employee Departure & Final Settlement: Handle the processing of end‑of‑service benefits and ensure all dues are settled accurately and on time.
- Payroll & Benefits Administration: Submit monthly payroll data such as leave requests, deductions, etc.
- Payroll & Benefits Administration: Manage annual insurance renewals.
- Visa & Legal Documentation: Register new employees under the banking account.
- Visa & Legal Documentation: Handle visa processing for new hires and renewals.
- Visa & Legal Documentation: Coordinate visa medicals, Tawjeeh training, and OHC for both new applications and renewals.
- Visa & Legal Documentation: Apply for PCO exams through the Dubai Municipality portal and renew PCO cards for technicians and Technical Inspectors.
- Visa & Legal Documentation: Arrange ADQCC exams for new technicians and TIs in Abu Dhabi.
- HR Administration & Employee Support: Maintain and regularly update all processes.
- HR Administration & Employee Support: Provide support to employees and managers on all HR‑related matters and initiatives.
- HR Administration & Employee Support: Assist in handling employee requests, inquiries, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- HR Administration & Employee Support: Prepare various HR letters and documents, including salary certificates, NOCs, embassy letters, driving licence letters, and other employee requests.
- Culture & Employee Engagement: Support and assist in HR initiatives that promote a positive work environment.
- Culture & Employee Engagement: Actively contribute to employee engagement committees and corporate initiatives aimed at enhancing team spirit and workplace positivity.
Qualifications
- Positive Character: 2‑3 years of experience in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies.
- Proficiency in Employee Relations and ability to foster a positive and compliant work environment.
- Exceptional communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of labour laws and compliance requirements in the UAE is an advantage.
- Arabic speaker is a plus.
