With 5 years of relevant experience, this professional serves as a key liaison between design, construction, and client stakeholders, ensuring compliance, coordination, and successful project delivery.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Professional engineering license preferred.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in fit out and construction, with a strong background in building services/mechanical design.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, Hevacomp, etc.)
HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection system design
Strong understanding of building codes and standards
