Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial operations, ensuring statutory compliance, and supporting strategic financial planning.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and maintain financial statements in accordance with statutory requirements.
2. Manage audit processes internal, statutory, tax, and stock audits.
3. Handle budgeting, forecasting variance analysis.
4. Oversee internal controls, audits, budgeting, forecasting & variance analysis.
5. Liaise with banks, financial institutions, auditors, and government authorities.
6. Provide insights for cost control and financial efficiency improvements.
7. Supervise and guide the accounts team in day-to-day financial operations.
8. Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements in compliance with IFRS and local UAE accounting standards.
9. Manage VAT filing and compliance with UAE Federal Tax Authority (FTA) regulations.
10. Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and legal consultants.
11. Monitor cash flow, P&L statements, and balance sheets to ensure financial health of the company.
12. Handle corporate tax planning and implementation in line with the latest UAE corporate tax laws.
13. Prepare management reports and assist with strategic financial decisions.
14. Ensure compliance with ESR, AML, and other UAE regulatory requirements.
15. Work closely with cross-functional teams including operations, Design, procurement & HR.

Qualifications and Experience:

1. Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI.
2. Additional certifications (CFA, CMA, DISA) will be an added advantage.

Salary:

Salary Annually package in hand Between AED 1,80,000 (In hand INR 41.85L) + variable yearly performance-based incentive upto 25% ( INR 10.50L) = Tent INR = 52.35L

Emirates Identity Card cost The cost of resident ID, being a personal document, will paying by candidate.

Basic Facilities:

Performance Incentive:

You will be eligible for the yearly performance-based incentive upto 3 months salary as per Companys policy at the end of financial year

Medical:

You will provided free basic medical treatment for yourself as per Companys policy.

Annual Leave:

You will be given 30 days paid leave for each completed year of service subject to your confirmation to services on completion of probation period.

Increments:

You will be eligible for annual salary increment on completion of minimum 9 months of service at the close of the Companys financial year.

Gratuity:

You will eligible for Gratuity on completion of 5 years of continuous service.

Contract Period:

First and each subsequent contract will be valid for the 2 years period from residence visa stamping date which can be further renewed with mutual discussion and agreement.

Probation Period:

You will be on probation for a period of 6 months from the date of joining/reporting.

Weekly off & Holidays:

Weekly off will be on Sunday and other public holidays as per Companys policy.
