We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Specialist to support remote operations by accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data across internal systems and databases. The Data Entry Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring data accuracy, information integrity, and operational efficiency, supporting teams across functions such as operations, customer service, finance, research, or administration.

• Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in spreadsheets, databases, and internal systems
• Review data for completeness, consistency, and accuracy; identify and correct errors as needed
• Process large volumes of information while maintaining high attention to detail
• Organize, classify, and standardize data according to established guidelines and procedures
• Verify source documents and digital records to ensure data integrity
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly
• Generate basic reports and data summaries when required
• Collaborate remotely with team members to meet productivity and quality targets

• Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related role
• Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

• Comfortable working independently in a remote, self‑directed environment
• Reliable internet connection and access to a computer suitable for remote work
