A leading growth-oriented technology company in the UAE seeks a Head of Growth to architect and drive revenue growth strategies. This role is not just about managing a team, but actively participating in the growth process through experimentation and optimization of conversion funnels. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in data analysis and conversion optimization, along with fluency in French and English. Experience with tools like GA4 and Amplitude is essential. A remote or office-based work preference is available.

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Conversion Rate Optimization, Growth Experimentation, or Performance Marketing.
- Track record of designing and scaling A/B tests that generate measurable improvements.
- Fluency in both French and English, with the ability to communicate effectively.
