Job Summary: The HR Manager will oversee human resources functions within a recruitment and staffing agency, ensuring the alignment of HR strategies with the company's mission. This role requires a deep understanding of UAE labor laws, recruitment practices, and the ability to lead and manage HR initiatives. The HR Manager will handle employee relations, compliance, talent acquisition, and development, while also collaborating with leadership to enhance organizational culture and operational efficiency.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. An MBA or HR certification (CIPD, SHRM) is a plus.
Experience: Minimum 5-7 years in HR roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial position within recruitment/staffing or a related industry.
Knowledge: In-depth understanding of UAE labor laws, recruitment processes, and best practices.
