We are currently on the lookout for a Senior Sales Manager to join our team.
- Establish strategy to drive implementation of initiatives, financial growth opportunities and business development efforts.
- Manage network of relationships with key current and potential customers to achieve shared goals and lead customer relations management.
- Consult with the executive leadership team to drive strategy and partnership decisions.
- Guide coordination with marketing, sales, and technology groups to implement business development strategy.
- Monitor and evaluate the external environment for financial growth opportunities, and guide the broad planning and preparation of complex business proposals to make recommendations to senior management to drive strategic decision making.
- Customer strategy, customer satisfaction, customer escalation (1st Point).
- Demand forecast – customer stocking, maintenance planning, fleet dynamics.
- Forecast accuracy and top‑line growth.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar senior role.
- Aerospace industry experience.
- Account management and contract development experience – demonstrate knowledge of the company’s customer base, their needs and requirements.
- Technical background.
- A STEM degree.
- Proven people‑leadership in a matrix organisation.
- Solid understanding of interiors products and service offerings in aerospace.
