A leading medical solutions company is seeking an Operations Specialist to manage warehouse and logistics operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years of experience in warehouse operations and proficiency in Excel. Responsibilities include leading inventory processes, collaborating with transportation teams, and ensuring operational excellence. Responsibilities
- Lead inventory reconciliation and cycle count processes.
- Collaborate with the transportation team for inbound/outbound activities.
- Drive localization initiatives with 3PL.
- Identify operational improvements and introduce cost-saving initiatives.
- Ensure audit readiness with the QA team.
- Act as a liaison between functions to improve DC service and quality.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
