A leading recruitment consultancy is seeking an experienced Technical Talent Recruiter VA to support a high-impact FinTech recruitment project. This fully remote role involves end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening candidates across various seniority levels, and managing candidate pipelines. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in technical recruitment, excellent evaluation skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality throughout the process. Immediate start available, with potential for long-term collaboration.
Formación
- Proven experience as a Tech Recruiter VA, Recruitment VA, or Technical Recruiter.
- Experience hiring across executive, senior management, and junior engineering roles.
- Strong understanding of technology and engineering roles, preferably within FinTech or digital banking.
- Excellent attention to detail and candidate evaluation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsabilidades
- Support recruitment efforts for various engineering roles.
- Proactively source and headhunt candidates using various platforms.

Our client is a confidential, Abu Dhabi–based FinTech organization undergoing a major technology and digital transformation.
Operating across Digital Banking, AI, Blockchain, Cloud, and Cybersecurity, the company is scaling rapidly and requires expert recruitment support to secure top‑tier engineering talent.
This is a fully remote role for an experienced Tech Recruiter VA with a strong background in technical and executive recruitment. The successful candidate will support end‑to‑end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates across multiple seniority levels within the FinTech and technology space.
- Support recruitment efforts for the following roles:
- SVP / Executive Engineering Leadership
- VP / Senior Engineering Management
- Junior Software Engineers / Coders
- Proactively source and headhunt candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Screen candidates for technical skills, leadership experience, and role suitability.
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate recruitment trackers.
- Coordinate interviews and support scheduling with stakeholders.
- Build talent pools for FinTech, Digital Banking, AI, Blockchain, Cloud, and Cybersecurity profiles.
- Prepare candidate shortlists and recruitment progress reports.
- Maintain strict confidentiality throughout the hiring process.
- Provide market insights and talent availability feedback as needed.
- Proven experience as a Tech Recruiter VA, Recruitment VA, or Technical Recruiter.
- Experience hiring across executive, senior management, and junior engineering roles.

- Hands‑on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing tools, and ATS or recruitment trackers.
