This role requires a proactive and dynamic individual with a strong sales acumen excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain longterm client relationships. The focus is on personality leadership and sales capability and industryspecific experience is a plus.

  • Establish and nurture strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Provide accurate sales forecasts reports and strategic recommendations to management.
  • Foster a highperformance culture within the sales team through continuous training coaching and professional development.
  • Oversee and drive sales efforts within the Beauty division focusing on both B2B and Trading channels.
