Job summary
A leading company in the legal services sector is seeking a Legal Advisor in Dubai. The successful candidate will provide legal guidance, ensure compliance with UAE laws, and support contract management. Responsibilities include advising on corporate matters, monitoring legal risks, and handling legal disputes. A Bachelor's degree in Law is required, and previous experience in the UAE is preferred. Strong communication skills in English are essential, with Arabic as a valuable asset.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law; Master's degree is an advantage.
- Proven experience as a Legal Advisor or Legal Counsel, preferably in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of UAE commercial law, labor law, and corporate regulations.
- Experience reviewing and drafting contracts.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
- Ability to work independently and handle sensitive matters.
Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial, and operational matters.
- Ensure compliance with UAE laws and regulations.
- Monitor legal risks and recommend preventive actions.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
- Maintain legal documentation and records.
- Advise on labor law and employee relations.
- Handle legal disputes and coordinate with lawyers.
