Job Overview
The Global Director - Vertical Solution (Technology) will be responsible for shaping and executing a vertical-specific logistics strategy for the Technology sector, aligning with market trends and business objectives. You will lead the development of supply chain solutions, support regional sales teams, and serve as a subject matter expert across key account engagements. This role requires deep industry knowledge, innovation-driven thinking, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams globally.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement global vertical strategy for the Technology sector
* Design and optimize end-to-end logistics and supply chain solutions based on data analytics
* Collaborate with solution engineering teams to create scalable, tech-enabled logistics offerings
* Support key account managers by delivering tailored solutions for strategic customers
* Promote vertical expertise through internal training, industry events, and marketing initiatives
* Lead vertical sales operations reporting and alignment with global and regional sales goals
* Represent the organization at conferences and contribute to industry thought leadership
* Create marketing collateral and PR materials to differentiate vertical offerings
* Provide guidance on Lean implementation and continuous improvement strategies
* Contribute to technology partner selection and solution integration

Job Requirements

* Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field; MBA preferred
* 10+ years of logistics and supply chain experience with a focus on Technology sector clients
* Proven track record of building vertical strategies and delivering growth
* Hands-on experience with WMS, TMS, ERP, and other digital logistics platforms
* Strong analytical and project management skills
* Excellent cross-functional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
* Experience implementing Lean methodologies and driving operational efficiency
* Able to manage multiple global projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
