Business Development Executive – IT & Staffing Sales
Location: Dubai / Abu Dhabi

About the Role
We are on the hunt for
high-energy, results-driven Business Development professionals to join our Client's rapidly growing team in the UAE. You will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth across the IT and recruitment solutions landscape.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Identify and acquire new clients.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targets.
- Manage end-to-end business development cycles – from prospecting to closing deals.
- Build long-term relationships with clients through excellent service and consultative selling.
- Collaborate with internal delivery teams to ensure client success.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT sales, product solutions, or staffing/recruitment sales.
- Strong network and understanding of the UAE market.
- Must have a valid UAE driving license.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- A self-starter attitude with a passion for sales and relationship building.
