As part of our global expansion, we are hiring for our Dubai office to strengthen the WeMasterTrade team.
- Identify, prospect, and onboard new clients in the Pakistan region.
- Promote and sell digital trading products to retail and wholesale clients.
- Build and maintain long‑term customer and partner relationships.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends.
- Achieve monthly business development KPIs and revenue targets.
- Work under a 2‑month probation period.
- Currently based in the UAE.
- 2+ years of proven sales/business development experience.
- Prior experience in the Pakistan market or the ability to confidently communicate in Urdu.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Highly motivated with a focus on delivering results.
- Experience or strong interest in trading, forex, or cryptocurrency is a plus.

Minimum 2 years of proven experience in sales or business development.
Proficiency in the Urdu language is mandatory
