• Identify and approach landlords, property owners, developers, and investment groups.
• Secure new buildings, villas, and apartment portfolios for property management.
• Build strong relationships with owners to understand their property needs.
• Pitch management services like leasing and maintenance.
• Conduct market research to track new projects and opportunities.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, and service agreements.
• Achieve monthly acquisition targets for onboarding properties.
• Maintain a pipeline of leads and report progress regularly.

Skills

Experience in real estate / property management / business development

Strong network of landlords, brokers, and property owners

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Presentable and confident

UAE driving license preferred
