- Identify approach and onboard new fleet clients corporate accounts insurance partners and walk-in customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with potential leads and convert them into active customers.
- Schedule client meetings garage tours and service presentations.
2. Sales & Revenue Generation
- Promote workshop services including mechanical repairs electrical repairs diagnostics AC servicing body shop works periodic maintenance and detailing.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Develop proposals quotations and service packages tailored to client requirements.
- Upsell and cross-sell workshop services.
3. Market Research & Strategy
- Study the local automotive market to identify business opportunities.
- Monitor competitor pricing offers and service trends.
- Suggest promotional activities loyalty programs and seasonal offers to increase revenue.
4. Customer Experience Support
- Coordinate between customers and service advisors to ensure smooth service flow.
- Follow up on customer satisfaction and collect feedback for improvement.
- Assist in handling customer grievances and ensure timely resolution.
5. Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain a database of leads visits conversions and client interactions.
- Prepare weekly and monthly business performance reports.
- Track invoices payments and contract renewals for corporate clients.
Requirements
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Good understanding of automotive services repairs and workshop operations (preferred).
- Ability to build professional relationships and manage key accounts.
- Goal-oriented with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel Word PowerPoint).
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Automobile Engineering or related field.
- 12 years of sales/business development experience preferably in the auto repair automotive or service industry.
- UAE experience is a strong advantage.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
