Your responsibilities:

1. Create awareness and implement effective sales approach strategies.
2. Create a database for all the contacts and update it every month.
3. Formulating and implementing short & long-term business strategies and plans.
4. Conducting consumer/market research and identifying business-friendly propositions. Market surveys to determine competitor products & pricing.
5. To promote the company and its services through all social media channels.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

• Relevant experience in Joinery/Interior Fit-out/Construction.
• Previous experience with large projects.
• UAE Driving Licence with own car.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
