Job Title- Senior Account Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a creative and proactive PR & Marketing Executive to support brand-building and customer acquisition for our bridal and evening wear retail business. The ideal candidate will plan and execute public relations, digital marketing and campaign activities that elevate brand visibility, engage bridal audiences, drive store footfall and support sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute PR strategies: draft press releases, manage media outreach, maintain relationships with fashion and bridal media, influencers and bloggers to secure coverage for new collections, designer launches and events.
  • Support marketing campaign planning and execution across channels: social media, email marketing, website content, in-store promotions, outdoor/OOH advertising and collaborations.
  • Coordinate photoshoots and video content creation: liaise with photographers, videographers, stylists, models and internal creative teams to produce high-quality assets for digital and print use.
  • Manage the brand's social media presence: create content calendars, source visual assets, schedule posts, engage with followers, and monitor social performance metrics.
  • Assist in designer and collection launches: plan and support launch events or in-store activations, manage invites, guest lists, event logistics, and post-event media coverage.
  • Monitor and report on marketing and PR performance: track KPIs such as media impressions, social engagement, campaign ROI, store traffic, leads, and provide actionable insights.
  • Work with internal teams (Retail, Sales, Visual Merchandising, Buying) to ensure brand consistency, timely rollout of campaigns, in-store materials (POP, banners, signage) and promotional alignment.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of bridal/fashion trends, competitor activity and consumer behaviour; make recommendations to support brand positioning, product direction and marketing themes.
  • Manage budgets and vendors: support selection and coordination of agencies, influencers, media buyers and print suppliers; track costs and ensure budgets are respected.
  • Ensure brand guidelines are upheld across all external and internal communications and materials; ensure cohesive, aspirational and premium brand tone and visual identity.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in marketing or PR roles ideally within retail, fashion or bridal/luxury sectors in the UAE/GCC region.
  • Excellent writing, communication and presentation skills; able to craft compelling brand narratives and PR materials.
  • Strong social media and digital marketing skills: content creation, scheduling tools, analytics, influencer outreach.
  • Experience coordinating photoshoots, events or brand activations is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable using digital/marketing tools and platforms.
  • Creative mindset, good eye for visuals, strong attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic or additional language skills would be an advantage.
