The Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive with a strong background in engineering and a comprehensive understanding of SIRA regulations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and nurturing client relationships within the dynamic security industry of Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development & Sales:
  • Identify and target potential clients, including end-users, consultants, and contractors, to generate new business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Prospect and qualify leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events and trade shows.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to secure profitable deals.
  • Technical Expertise & Consultation:
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on our range of security products and solutions, including CCTV, access control, and intrusion detection.
  • Conduct site surveys and needs assessments to understand client requirements and propose tailored, effective security solutions.
  • Collaborate with the technical and engineering teams to design, estimate, and configure complex security systems.
  • Prepare technical proposals, Bill of Materials (BOM), and cost estimates in response to RFPs (Request for Proposals) and RFQs (Request for Quotations).
  • SIRA Compliance & Regulation:
  • Ensure all proposed solutions and projects are fully compliant with SIRA's regulations and standards for security systems and equipment.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SIRA regulations, guidelines, and certification requirements.
  • Advise clients on the necessary SIRA approvals and processes for their security projects.
  • Act as a liaison between the client and SIRA, assisting with the documentation and approval process as needed.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Provide exceptional pre-sales and post-sales support, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Address client inquiries and resolve any technical or operational issues in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience in the physical security industry in the UAE.
  • Mandatory: In-depth knowledge of the Security Industry Regulatory Agency (SIRA) regulations, licensing procedures, and technical standards in Dubai.
  • Strong technical background with hands-on experience in designing and selling security systems such as CCTV (IP and analog), Access Control, and Intrusion Detection Systems.
  • A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of design software like AutoCAD or Bluebeam is a plus.
  • Fluency in English is required; fluency in Arabic is a significant advantage.
  • Must possess a valid UAE driving license.
