Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to senior leadership. The ideal candidate will manage day‑to‑day executive functions, ensure seamless workflow, and act as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate complex meetings.
Handle email correspondence, phone calls, and communication on behalf of the executive.
Prepare reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and documentation as required.
Coordinate domestic and international travel, including visas, itineraries, and logistics.
Maintain confidentiality while managing sensitive information and business documents.
Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external partners to ensure smooth communication.
Support project tracking, follow‑ups, and task management for executive initiatives.
Oversee office‑related coordination, event support, and administrative tasks as needed.
Conduct research, compile data, and prepare briefs to assist decision‑making.
Plan and manage expenses, reimbursements, procurement requests, and executive budgets.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
Strong command of English (Arabic is a plus).
Excellent communication, organisational, and time‑management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and scheduling tools.
Ability to handle multiple priorities with discretion, accuracy, and professionalism.
Experience managing travel arrangements and working in a fast‑paced environment.
Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
