Role Overview

We are investing to accelerate growth in the UKI region and seek an experienced Enterprise Sales Director to lead and mentor our enterprise sales team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to lead a growth territory and demonstrate your leadership and sales capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Define and execute the strategy for Mendix Business in the UKI, setting targets to increase ACV, acquire new logos, and drive overall growth.
  2. Establish success metrics, monitor performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement targeted actions.
  3. Lead, empower, and collaborate with your team, participating in customer meetings and expanding market reach.
  4. Gather market feedback and communicate insights to the product team to inform product development.
Candidate Profile
  • Proven track record as a SaaS sales leader, with experience in building and growing direct business, driving performance, and nurturing talent.
  • Experience working with large enterprises, navigating complex organizations, and fostering stakeholder collaboration.
  • Consistently exceeds expectations, fosters team alignment with company values, and adapts to ambiguity.
  • Creative, skilled in executive presentations, and proficient in operational and financial reporting.
  • Strong data analysis skills to identify improvements and implement measures.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Passionate about shaping the future of Mendix and making a difference.
