Overview
Veterinary Receptionist
Responsibilities
- Greet clients and pets with professionalism and warmth
- Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments using EzyVet
- Maintain accurate client and patient records in EzyVet
- Process payments, invoices, and billing inquiries
- Manage appointment calendar and daily workflow
- Direct clients and pets to exam rooms as needed
- Keep reception area clean, organized, and welcoming
- Assist veterinary team with administrative support
