Black & Grey HR is recruiting a Business Development Executive to join our client s team in the luxury building materials and interior fit-out industry based in Dubai with operations spanning across the UAE. We re looking for a dynamic and driven professional with a solid understanding of marble stone and fitout projects who can identify new business opportunities and drive growth across commercial and residential sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify pursue and secure new business opportunities across the UAE in the marble stone and interior fitout segment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants contractors designers architects and real estate developers.
  • Understand client requirements propose suitable solutions and work with internal teams to prepare proposals and quotations.
  • Conduct site visits and client meetings to assess project feasibility and follow up on leads.
  • Stay updated with market trends competitor activity and emerging opportunities.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the company s revenue growth.
