Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth across our diverse product lines. The ideal candidate will be a tech‑savvy professional with excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic, capable of understanding client needs and positioning our AI‑based solutions effectively.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various industry sectors including government, healthcare, banking, retail, and corporate enterprises
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, market research, and attending industry events
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations showcasing our self‑service kiosks, face detection, voice interface, document extraction, and video conferencing solutions
  • Prepare and present compelling proposals, quotations, and commercial offers to prospective clients
Client Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers and stakeholders
  • Understand client requirements and pain points to recommend appropriate technology solutions
  • Conduct needs analysis and consultative selling to position our products effectively
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through regular follow‑ups and support coordination
Market Intelligence & Strategy
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the AI and automation space
  • Provide feedback to management on market requirements, competitive landscape, and product positioning
  • Identify potential partnership opportunities with system integrators, resellers, and technology partners
  • Participate in industry exhibitions, conferences, and networking events to promote company offerings
Sales Operations
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM system
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management review
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth project handover and implementation
  • Coordinate with marketing team on campaigns, promotional activities, and lead generation initiatives
Required Qualifications
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field
  • 1‑2 years of proven experience in business development, B2B sales, or IT solution selling
  • Experience in the Middle East market, particularly UAE, is highly advantageous
Language & Communication Skills
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) is mandatory
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non‑technical audiences
Technical Knowledge
  • Basic understanding of AI technologies, automation solutions, and enterprise IT systems
  • Familiarity with self‑service technologies, biometric systems, or document management solutions is a plus
  • Ability to quickly learn and articulate technical product features and benefits
Essential Requirements
  • Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
  • Willingness to travel extensively within UAE and occasionally to other GCC countries
  • Own visa or transferable residency status preferred
