Job summary

A leading food delivery platform in Dubai seeks a professional for restaurant acquisition and onboarding. The role involves identifying potential restaurant partners, negotiating terms, and coordinating onboarding processes. You will monitor partner performance, provide support during their initial growth phase, and collaborate with various internal teams to ensure successful integration. This position offers the chance to spearhead growth initiatives and support strategic projects within the rapidly evolving food delivery sector.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach high-potential restaurants for partnership.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential restaurant partners.
  • Define and negotiate partnership terms with restaurant owners.
  • Coordinate with restaurants to curate optimized menus.
  • Monitor partner performance and guide improvements.
  • Serve as the main contact for newly onboarded restaurants.
  • Align with internal teams for support during onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of onboarding stages.
  • Support special projects for new brand expansions.
Job description
1. Restaurant Acquisition & Onboarding
  • Identify and approach high-potential restaurants, cloud kitchens and F&B brands across key geographies for partnership with EatEasy.
  • Pitch EatEasy s value proposition to restaurant owners highlighting growth opportunities.
  • Lead end-to-end onboarding: contract negotiation, documentation aggregator registration and POS/menu integration.
2. Market Mapping & Pipeline Building
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential restaurant partners segmented by cuisine, location, price point and delivery capabilities.
  • Conduct competitive research to identify gaps in cuisine or locality coverage and proactively source relevant partners.
3. Commercial Negotiations
  • Define and negotiate partnership terms including commission structures, onboarding fees (if applicable) and performance-based incentives.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to ensure restaurant commercials align with EatEasy s financial and operational goals.
4. Menu & Aggregator Readiness
  • Coordinate with restaurant partners to curate optimized menus for delivery platforms focused on pricing, availability and packaging suitability.
  • Ensure aggregator menu readiness including high-quality images, descriptions and promo-friendly items.
5. Brand Growth & Retention
  • Monitor early-stage partner performance and provide guidance to improve order volume and customer ratings.
  • Educate partners on EatEasy s marketing tools, promotions, delivery support and analytics dashboards to drive long-term growth.
6. Restaurant Relationship Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for newly onboarded restaurants during the initial growth phase.
  • Resolve onboarding issues, elevate delays in aggregator setup and ensure a smooth go-live experience.
7. Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Align with internal teams including operations, finance, tech, marketing and legal to ensure smooth onboarding and support for new partners.
  • Share market feedback and partner requirements to shape product and operational improvements.
8. Tracking & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of restaurant onboarding stages and commercial terms.
  • Report weekly on outreach status, onboarding progress and signed agreements.
9. Growth Projects & Strategic Initiatives
  • Support special projects such as onboarding virtual brands expanding to new cities or piloting delivery-only partnerships.
  • Explore opportunities in adjacent segments such as groceries, bakeries or packaged food partners.
