• Strong negotiation and creative selling skills to close deals with a high success rate.
• Proficiency in software such as Microsoft Office and hotel systems like OPERA Sales & Catering.
• Proactive approach to business development, including door-to-door prospecting and internet research.
• Weekly goals for prospecting and client outreach.
• Ability to identify and attract new customers, including local and social markets.

• Management of guest room and meeting space inventories.
