Overview

The External Sales Representative at our company is responsible for driving sales growth through proactive customer engagement and strategic sales initiatives. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and ensuring all sales activities are aligned with the company's goals. The External Sales Representative will also provide comprehensive feedback and reporting to management to support continuous improvement and target achievement. You are responsible for new sales as well as servicing current clients.

Responsibilities
  • Sales Activities: Utilize various customer sales methods to "get the sale," including direct sales, networking, and cold calling.
  • Sales Activities: Forecast sales, develop innovative sales strategies / models, and evaluate their effectiveness.
  • Sales Activities: Evaluate customer skills and needs to build productive, long-lasting relationships.
  • Sales Activities: Meet personal and team sales targets, closing sales and achieving quarterly quotas as set by management.
  • Sales Activities: Ensure CTC salary equals 10% of total turnover needed.
  • Sales Activities: Research accounts, generate, and follow through on sales leads.
  • Customer Engagement: Maintain and expand the client database within the assigned territory.
  • Customer Engagement: Develop deep understanding of customer needs and preferences to tailor sales approaches.
