Most showrooms employ "Sales and Design Consultants," while some may have separate roles for each position.

Salary overview: R10,000 – R15,000 per month, depending on experience, plus commissions on sales.

Skills and experience required: Proficiency in kitchen design and computer literacy are mandatory.

A valid driver's license and personal transport are essential.

Additional advantageous qualifications include:

• 3+ years of sales or project management experience
• Experience in the kitchen or manufacturing industry
• Formal interior design qualification
• 2-3 years of interior design work experience

Responsibilities include:

• Managing customer designs, quotes, contracts, payments, and orders
• Design development and finalization
• Managing projects from start to finish
• Stakeholder management
• Managing client expectations and providing regular updates
• Staying updated with industry trends and technology
• Ensuring quality of service delivery
• Meeting sales and margin targets

You will have unlimited earning potential through a combination of a base salary and commissions/incentives.
