A leading supplier of homeware located in Somerset West seeks a vibrant Showroom Consultant passionate about interior design. You will be responsible for meeting sales budgets and maintaining showroom standards, while building relationships with customers. Candidates should have at least 3 years of retail sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a professional demeanor. This role offers a permanent position within a dynamic retail environment.
Formación
- At least 3 years sales experience in a retail environment, preferably for a luxury brand.
- Experience working on point of sale.
- Knowledge of homeware products advantageous.

This position will suit a candidate who is vibrant and passionate about homeware / décor, with excellent retail sales experience.
- Meet showroom sales budget
- Maintain showroom standards and operations
- Build productive relationships with customers (including customers of sales consultants)
- Handle complaints and queries (customer & sales consultants)
- Product allocations and stock levels managed at showroom level
- Consignment deliveries
- Supporting the team and customers
- Support payment processes
- General ad hoc duties as per business requirements
- National senior certificate
- At least 3 years sales experience in a retail environment (preferably for a luxury brand) with experience working on point of sale
- Knowledge of homeware products advantageous
- Experience in conducting and managing regular stock takes
- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
- Customer service focused and orientated
- Highly sales driven and focused on achieving the end result
- Must be professional and well presented
- Self-motivated
- General business acumen
- Honesty in the handling of cash or finances
Working Hours: Monday to Friday and every second Saturday
