Overview

Job Purpose: Product Management, Product Introduction, and Demand Generation. Partnership selection while collaborating with Team Leaders, Key Account Managers, local VAD teams, and clients/vendors.

Responsibilities
  • Final responsibility for Product Line financial results (GP, Revenue, Inventory Level, Ageing)
  • Selection of product range appropriate for the market
  • Development of distribution strategy
  • Development of price strategy
  • Stimulating sales-out with promo and marketing communication
  • Preparation of sales pitch to retail partners
  • Direct communication with TOP10 partner buyers
  • Constant monitoring and stimulation of sales out
  • Conducting necessary reporting as per The Company Standards
  • Formation and expansion of the partnership base, establishing strong personal
  • Contacts with partners and representatives of vendors;
  • Presentations and consultations on a product line for partners and customers;
  • Participation in the organization and conduct of marketing and training events;
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field will be advantageous.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in business development, partnership management, or sales, preferably within the same industry or related field.
  • Strong sales orientation with a deep understanding of business development strategies, partner sales models, and revenue generation.
  • Proven ability to establish and nurture relationships with partners, stakeholders, and key decision-makers.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills to secure favourable partnership agreements and drive mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Solid understanding of the market landscape, industry trends, and competitive dynamics within the target market segment.
  • Ability to analyze market data, sales metrics, and partnership performance to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas, proposals, and business cases.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets, driving revenue growth, and delivering measurable business outcomes.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to changing market conditions and business priorities.
