Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Reporting : Track and report weekly on schools visited, expos attended, leads generated, and sales conversions.
- Administration : Ensure accurate lead capture, support casual staff training, and manage administrative processes for temporary staff.
- Intake & Market Analysis : Organise activations, showrooms, and intake events, analysing competitor activity and conversion rates.
- Schools & Expos : Deliver engaging presentations, build relationships with schools and partners, and ensure lead capture targets are met.
- Activations & Open Days : Plan, staff, and execute activations; support sales conversions; travel between residences as required.
- Marketing Support : Assist with collateral management, social media engagement, and promotional activities.
- Continuous Improvement : Identify new sales opportunities, share feedback, and implement innovative strategies to enhance recruitment.
What Were Looking For :
- Minimum Matric / Grade 12 ; Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or Business preferred.
- 13 years experience in sales / marketing within student accommodation, property, or hospitality.
- Drivers Licence & own reliable transport .
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and results-driven with a focus on excellent customer service.
