We are seeking a Performance Marketing Lead to drive digital performance marketing excellence. The role involves leading a team of Platform Specialists, balancing tactical and strategic oversight, and ensuring campaign execution aligns with business objectives to deliver measurable outcomes. The ideal candidate will apply expertise in performance marketing, stakeholder management, and data-driven decision-making, fostering cross-functional collaboration, coaching team members, and continuously refining performance strategies to sustain growth and competitive advantage.

• 7+ years in performance marketing
• Experience managing teams and aligning multiple stakeholders
• Proficient in GA4, bid management tools, A/B testing frameworks, and audience-building
• Experience with a robust digital tech stack, including media buying, app attribution, GMP, analytics (GA4/Adobe), Meta, etc.
• Understanding of the SEO landscape and tools is a plus

• A relevant degree in Marketing or Digital Marketing

• Certification in Media

• Deep understanding of paid media platforms – PPC, social, programmatic, retail media platforms
• Knowledge of Google Ads, retail media, and marketplace strategies
• Ability to interpret data, translate insights into strategy, and optimize campaigns
• Understanding of multi-touch attribution, incrementality testing, and media mix modeling
• Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Looker Studio, and other reporting tools

• Strong communication skills
• Interpersonal and relationship management skills
