Job summary
A reputable mining company in Limpopo seeks a Senior HR Manager with extensive mining experience and strong leadership capabilities. The role involves developing HR strategies and policies to support the business objectives and ensure effective human resource management.
Qualifications
- More than 15 years’ HR experience.
- Minimum of 8 - 10 years’ experience at an executive level.
- Minimum 5 years’ mining experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and practices.
- Lead HR function and initiatives within the mining business.

A highly reputable Mining Company based in the Limpopo Province, has the perfect opportunity for a Senior HR Manager Mining with extensive mining experience. The position is also responsible for the development and implementation of the best human resources policies, procedures, processes, systems and practices and the leadership role within the business and HR function.
The successful candidate must meet the following requirements :
- Degree in HR
- MBA / MBL
- Registration with the SABPP at chartered or master’s level or equivalent
- More than 15 years’ HR experience
- Minimum of 8 - 10 years’ experience at an executive level
- Minimum 5 years’ mining experience
