Job summary
A leading telecommunications company in Durban, South Africa, is seeking an experienced Quality Management professional to oversee quality inspections and manage network defects in the Telecommunications field. The ideal candidate should have over 4 years of experience in Quality Management within a relevant environment, coupled with a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Quality, Health, and Safety. Key responsibilities include quality inspections, managing new site builds, and conducting training sessions.
Qualifications
- 4+ years experience in Quality Management in Telecommunications or Network Operations.
- Experience in Project or Defect Lifecycle Management.
- Strong technical communication and training skills.
Responsibilities
- Conduct quality inspections and produce acceptance reports after repairs.
- Run quality and safety training sessions.
- Manage the complete lifecycle of network defects.
