A recruitment agency is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support various dealerships in the Western Cape. The role demands strong HR operational and administrative skills, particularly in employee relations and managing the full HR lifecycle. Applicants must have a tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field and at least four years of HR experience, preferably in the automotive industry. Proficiency in both English and Afrikaans is required.
HR Business Partnering to a number of dealerships within the Western Cape. The role develops and directs implementation of HR plans, policies, and processes affecting employee relations within the assigned dealerships. The incumbent is accountable for advice and recommendations, as well as for the coordination and support of employee lifecycle and business effectiveness and administration. Providing day to day guidance as well as operational and strategic talent support to management and employees of the dealerships allocated to your support services.
