A leading healthcare institution in South Africa is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead HR services and employee enablement. The role requires a strategic focus on talent management, employee engagement, and overseeing the HR department. Candidates should have a degree in Human Resources, with 5-8 years of recent generalist HR experience, and knowledge in Labour Relations and Learning and Development would be advantageous. This position plays a vital role in driving a value-based culture within the organisation.
Qualifications
- 5-8 years recent generalist experience in Human Resources.
- Experience in Labour Relations / Learning and Development is desirable.

- Lead HR business and employee enablement service.
- Drive HR Service Delivery and talent management.
- Promote employee engagement and manage HR department.
