A dynamic startup is seeking a hands-on Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations and strategy. You will manage the full employee lifecycle and drive People & Culture initiatives globally. Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of management experience and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources. This hybrid role offers 23 days of paid holidays and a vibrant company culture.
We’re looking for a hands‑on Human Resources Manager to own and drive our HR operations and strategy. You’ll report directly to the MD, lead a small team, and be responsible for all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to development, engagement, and retention.
This role is ideal for someone with prior management experience in HR or People & Culture, preferably in startups or scale-ups, who is data‑driven, practical, and happy to work set UK hours of 09:00-18:00 GMT (11am–8pm, Monday-Friday).
