Compliance & Risk

Stay sharp on labour laws and ethical standards. Partner with ER/IR on complex cases and CCMA prep.

HR Analytics

Turn data into insights that move the needle on engagement, diversity, and performance.

What We're Looking For

6+ years HR experience, with at least 3 years as a business partner. 3+ years in talent acquisition (you know your stuff!). Strong ER/IR knowledge in complex environments. Bachelor's in HR, Industrial Psychology, or similar (Honours = bonus points).
