Job summary

A leading auditing firm in Johannesburg is seeking a Functional HR Manager to provide business-specific HR solutions and support. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of HR generalist experience and will work closely with business unit leaders to align HR strategies with business goals. Strong interpersonal and strategic skills are essential. This role offers an opportunity to lead transformative HR initiatives in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years’ HR generalist experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience working at a management level in HR.
  • Knowledge of relevant labour and skills regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain knowledge of KPMG and HR strategies, Business priorities.
  • Provide input into BU HR Strategy.
  • Enable BU Leadership to achieve strategic goals integrating HR Strategy.
