• Work closely with finance and treasury teams to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements for various initiatives
• Analyze existing finance processes and systems to identify inefficiencies and recommend enhancements
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the successful implementation of finance solutions and enhancements
• Support the development of financial models, forecasts, and reporting tools to streamline decision-making processes
• Provide guidance and support for finance-related projects, including system upgrades and process reengineering
• Stay current with industry regulations, best practices, and financial trends to recommend improvements to treasury operations

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or relevant certifications are a plus
• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Finance Analyst, with a focus on treasury operations and financial management
• Strong understanding of financial concepts, cash management, and regulatory requirements
• Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools, with advanced Excel skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail
• Exceptional communication skills, enabling effective collaboration across various teams
• Experience with financial software systems and familiarity with Agile methodologies is preferred
