Responsibilities

• Participate in due diligence exercises for additional funding.
• Provide commentary on finance and legal structures for investment deals.
• Analyse financial information of specific companies.
• Consider economic implications affecting performance.
• Analyse equity valuations semi-annually.
• Conduct annual site visits to investee companies.
• Identify potential areas of default for clients.
