Job Description

We are looking for proactive and detail-oriented HR Officers to join our talent pipeline. The HR Officer plays a key role in supporting our people function. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating new hire onboarding, ensuring timely completion of all employee documentation, and providing guidance to stores on HR-related matters and queries, helping us maintain compliance while fostering a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities
  • Facilitate interview and induction processes.
  • Complete and collate employee documents.
  • Communicate and assist stores with HR related matters and queries.
  • Assist with disciplinary enquiries, Department of Labour & CCMA cases.
  • Help implement and improve systems and procedures related to the HR department.
  • Review HR policies and adjust to create consistency across the Group.
  • Ensure HR policies are implemented and maintained by all parties.
  • Assist in training and development.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resources.
  • Minimum 3 years HR Officer / Generalist experience.
  • Recruitment experience.
  • Good understanding of labor legislations.
  • Understanding of CCMA processes.
  • Able to work independently.
