An innovative online school is seeking a Part‑Time Fractional Chief Human Resources Officer to provide strategic HR leadership on a part‑time basis, approximately 15 hours per week for 3 months. Key Responsibilities
- HR Governance: Oversee Department of Labor employee submissions, ensuring compliance with all requirements for designated employees.
- Employee Relations: Advise leadership on employee relations matters, including performance management and conflict resolution.
- Policy Development: Provide input into HR policies that are fit‑for‑purpose, legally compliant, and aligned with organizational goals.
- People Strategy: Contribute to the design and execution of a forward‑looking people strategy that supports growth and engagement.

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
