RedCat Recruitment is seeking an Experienced Recruitment Consultant to join their team, based in the Richards Bay / Zululand area.

Requirements:

• Grade 12 qualification
• Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle
• Own reliable laptop
• Previous recruitment training or similar experience is an advantage
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (home language)
• Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant and/or sales experience is essential
• Ability to "hit the ground running"
• Manage new and existing clients
• Achieve monthly targets
• Daily cold calling (telemarketing)
• Placing adverts, interviewing candidates, completing reference checks, setting up interviews
• Building and retaining client relationships

• Sense of urgency
• Well-spoken, well-groomed, professional
• Confident, outgoing, bubbly
• Self-motivated, persistent, hardworking

This position is ideal for someone with recruitment and/or sales experience in the Pietermaritzburg / Durban area. The candidate must have a home office setup.
