Finance Manager : General Administration & Control
You will lead the preparation and distribution of timely and insightful financial analysis.
This information will be used to determine the progress against the strategic plan, budgets, and forecast.
You will lead all G&A processes for in-year performance management and long-range planning, using your knowledge and influence to ensure that the leadership team appropriately prioritizes resources (including strategic investments) and drives sustainable productivity.
You will oversee all cost initiatives aimed at sustainably lowering our cost profile.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Apply principles of accounting to analyze financial information and assist in the preparation of financials for the group.
- Assist in the completion and review of monthly board packs.
- Support monthly consolidation of group management accounts, intercompany eliminations, and group reporting oversight.
- Support operational excellence through the Oracle EPM platform, integrated planning calendars, and standardized templates.
- Serve as a key business partner and subject matter expert for Oracle EPM users across G&A functions.
- Design and maintain G&A-specific planning templates, reports, and input schedules within Oracle EPM.
- Drive continuous improvement in data integration, workflow automation, and the accuracy of G&A planning and reporting.
- Own the group planning calendar for all G&A processes, ensuring timely inputs, alignment with group cycles, and cross-departmental coordination.
- Develop, standardize, and maintain G&A planning and reporting templates across business units and shared services.
- Provide support in accounting, disclosure, and financial modeling related to IFRS 2 (Share-based Payments).
- Partner with group shared services to ensure timely and accurate inputs and disclosures for share-based payment expenses.
- Ensure G&A cost treatment aligns with applicable IFRS standards and group policies.
- Assist with quarterly and annual group financial consolidations.
- Communicate financial insights clearly to both finance and non-finance audiences.
- Assist with regulatory and compliance tasks.
- Support technical accounting queries on an ad hoc basis.
- Implement, modify, document, and coordinate accounting systems and control procedures.
- Handle ad hoc requests from various FDs and FMs.

- Strong knowledge of IFRS, especially IFRS 2.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience.
