Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment and Onboarding – Manage the hiring process, including recruiting, interviewing, and extending job offers to successful candidates.
- Onboarding – Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new employees are seamlessly integrated into the organization.
- Employee Relations – Mitigate employee concerns and resolve conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
- Performance Management – Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to support employee growth.
- Compliance and Policy – Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations by updating organizational policies as necessary.
- Policy Development – Develop and implement comprehensive HR policies that align with the organization’s goals and objectives.
- Training and Development – Oversee employee training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Employee Records – Maintain accurate and secure employee records in accordance with data protection regulations.
- Other HR Functions – Support payroll management and administrative tasks, and develop and implement HR strategies that drive business success.

Minimum Requirements
- Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- A minimum of 3‑5 years of experience in HR generalist roles.
