  • Compliance and Policy – Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations by updating organizational policies as necessary.
  • Policy Development – Develop and implement comprehensive HR policies that align with the organization’s goals and objectives.
  • Training and Development – Oversee employee training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Employee Records – Maintain accurate and secure employee records in accordance with data protection regulations.
  • Other HR Functions – Support payroll management and administrative tasks, and develop and implement HR strategies that drive business success.
