What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Perform full life-cycle recruitment to attract top technical and business operations talent
  • Collaborate with recruiters, business leaders, and HR partners to understand and meet talent needs
  • Research and analyze recruiting market trends to enhance sourcing strategies and employer branding
  • Manage a diverse candidate pipeline and provide a high-touch candidate experience
  • Develop compelling position descriptions and negotiate job offers with selected candidates
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 8+ years of direct full-life cycle recruitment experience
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, human resources, organizational development, or a related field; or 4 additional years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
  • Experience in all aspects of talent search including innovative sourcing techniques and candidate management
  • Working knowledge of EEO and applicable employment laws and regulations
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • 10+ years of related professional experience in full-life cycle recruitment
  • Corporate recruiting experience in a large and complex organization
  • Prior experience as a Team Lead in a corporate talent acquisition setting
  • Familiarity with Workday applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Advanced recruiter or sourcing designation and / or HR professional certification
