We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Web Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web development, with the ability to work on both front-end and back-end projects. You will be responsible for leading development projects, mentoring junior developers, and delivering high-quality web solutions that meet our business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan, Develop, Test and Document advanced e-commerce solutions for our clients
2. Develop and write best practice code that are generic and reusable
3. Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
4. Develop customer-specific and generic Magento modules
5. Develop integrations between Magento and 3rd Party Products
6. Improve our own continuous deployment platform which supports a large number of our clients
7. Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits.
8. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
9. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions are cutting-edge.

Skills and Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s (or similar) degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in web development, with a focus on both front-end and back-end technologies.
3. Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.
4. Frontend Development: Proficiency in frameworks like React and Angular, with a strong understanding of component-based architecture and building dynamic, user-focused interfaces.
5. Backend Development: Familiarity with Node.js for server-side scripting, API development, and managing scalable, event-driven applications.
6. While not mandatory, expertise in these areas will set candidates apart and align closely with the technologies we use in our projects.

Desired Skills:

1. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
2. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
3. Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
