A leading marketing communications firm in South Africa is seeking an experienced Account Manager to oversee Direct Mail campaigns from concept to completion. You will be the main point of contact for key accounts, manage schedules and estimates, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure project excellence. The ideal candidate has proven experience in direct mail or print-based projects, excellent organizational skills, and a focus on client satisfaction. Working as part of a passionate client services team, you’ll act as the main point of contact for key accounts, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard. You’ll manage the full process from briefing and estimating through to production and dispatch, liaising closely with internal departments to ensure smooth project delivery.
