Working as part of a passionate client services team, you’ll act as the main point of contact for key accounts, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard. You’ll manage the full process from briefing and estimating through to production and dispatch, liaising closely with internal departments to ensure smooth project delivery.

• Oversee the full lifecycle of Direct Mail campaigns, from concept to completion.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates and schedules.
• Coordinate with internal production, data, and creative teams.
• Identify opportunities to grow and strengthen client accounts.

• Proven experience managing Direct Mail or print-based marketing projects.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Strong commercial awareness with a focus on quality and client satisfaction.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
